About

RuthAnna Autry is a Board Certified Naturopath residing in Amarillo, TX with her husband, Brent, and miniature dachshund, Bash. She loves learning new things, preparing food, laughing, creating, doing yoga, playing games, and spending time with the people she loves. Her overwhelming passion is helping people along their journey to true wellness; body, mind, and spirit.

Her mission is to provide real answers to client’s health concerns, help shine a light on what is really going on in their bodies and minds, then help them restore balance with a holistic {body, mind, spirit} approach.

“My hope is to create an atmosphere of openness, trust, and genuine concern for my clients. I want them to leave every appointment feeling empowered, hopeful, and most importantly, truly cared for and listened to. It is important to me that I create space for people to freely express themselves and know that they are in control of their healing journey. It’s vital that we as individuals become intimately involved in the healing of our own bodies.”

Her highest intention is to see her clients uncover deeper and deeper levels of vitality and balance in all areas of their lives. Her role as a Naturopath is to come alongside people to serve, guide, listen, and teach.  It’s important to her that her clients become their own best healing advocate; connect with their intuition, learn to listen to their bodies, get what it really means to love themselves, feed their bodies and minds the right things, and grasp the amazing healing power that lies within them.

In addition to her Naturopathic Board Certification, she is also a Certified Natural Health Professional (CNHP), Certified Health Specialist (CHS), Certified Nutritional Counselor (CNC), Master Herbalist (MH), and has completed Level 1 Craniosacral Therapy and currently pursuing higher levels. She believes strongly in continuing education and is always seeking new information to offer the best and most comprehensive services to her clients.
